Lockable telescopic rod

The lockable telescopic handle is a central comfort feature of modern suitcases. It allows the handle height to be adjusted individually – according to body height or personal walking style. This ensures ergonomic pulling of the suitcase and relieves the wrist, arm, and back, especially over longer distances.

Thanks to the locking with detents the handle remains stable at the chosen height and does not retract unintentionally. This is especially practical during quick stop-and-go at airports, train stations, or in queues.

Quiet wheels are now one of the most important comfort features of modern suitcases – and for good reason. Anyone who has ever pulled a suitcase early in the morning through a quiet airport or over bumpy cobblestones knows: loud, rattling wheels can be not only annoying but downright unpleasant – for oneself and for others.

A rubber coating on the wheels ensures that vibrations are dampened and rolling noise is significantly reduced. The soft rubber adapts slightly to the surface, glides quietly over tiles, asphalt, or carpet, and provides a smooth, low-vibration rolling experience.

Polypropylene (PP) is a lightweight, durable plastic that is excellent for hard-shell suitcases. It is particularly impact-resistant, flexible, and resilient against shocks – ideal for rough luggage transport.

Additionally, polypropylene is water-repellent, chemical-resistant, and temperature-resistant, reliably protecting the contents of the suitcase. Despite its stability, the material is very light, which reduces travel weight.

Another advantage: polypropylene is fully recyclable and therefore also a more environmentally friendly choice. In short – a perfect mix of protection, lightness, and durability.
