The hard shell made of high-quality polycarbonate combines impressive resilience with pleasant lightness - ideal when reliability matters and every kilo makes a difference. Discreetly integrated Aluminium details reinforce high-stress areas and enhance the pared-back design. Inside, an easy-care Polyethylenterephthalat lining keeps everything organised and protected: shirts stay smooth, dresses remain largely crease-free, and essentials stay securely in place.

The Size L is particularly well balanced, offering around 111 litres of volume at approximately 4.3 kg and external dimensions of about 75 × 52 × 33 cm - generous storage space, a stable shape and pleasant handling from check-in to arrival.

Samsonite Essens

I bought the Suitcase from the Essens series because of its organized interior layout. The only thing missing is additional straps for securing items more tightly. I have relied on the quality of Samsonite for decades and hope that the shell (made of at least 70% recycled polypropylene) will hold up well on my upcoming trips. The Suitcase is lightweight, weighing 3.8 kg, and has four smooth-rolling wheels. For city trips of up to five days, Size M is ideal for me. The ordering and shipping went exceptionally smoothly.

Delivers on its promise!

We are very happy with the Essens. It has already been on two flights and is highly recommended.
