Voucher Terms and Conditions

1.1. Promotional vouchers are vouchers that you cannot purchase, but which we issue, among other things, as part of advertising campaigns with a specific or indefinite validity period. These are not vouchers within the meaning of § 807 BGB. 
 

1.2. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed once per order process. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined. However, this does not affect the discount given on payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, and instant bank transfer.

1.3. In principle, promotional vouchers are not applicable to discounted items unless it is explicitly stated that the respective promotional voucher also applies to discounted goods. 

1.4. Please pay attention to the excluded brands on the vouchers.

1.5. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The balance of a promotional voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor accrue interest.
 

1.6. If the applied promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the purchase price of the order, the remaining amount can be paid using the offered payment methods (including PayPal, bank transfer, credit card).
 

1.7  If you return an item or parts of your order, please ensure that the value (in euros, excluding shipping costs) of the remaining items still meets the minimum merchandise value of the already redeemed voucher. Otherwise, the voucher becomes invalid. 
Example: You redeem a voucher with a minimum merchandise value of €100. You reach the minimum merchandise value with 2 items priced at €50 each (gross, excluding shipping costs). If you return one of the two items, the voucher automatically becomes invalid because the minimum merchandise value is no longer met.
