Delivery

Within the Federal Republic of Germany, we offer complimentary delivery from an order value of 80 Euro via DHL Paket or DHL Warenpost. Below this amount delivery charges of 4.90 Euro apply. You can also have your package delivered to a parcel locker. You can select this option during checkout.
The delivery time with DHL within Germany is expected to be two to four working days. Due to strikes or a high volume of packages, there may be slight delays with DHL. Thank you for your understanding. 

For a DHL Express delivery the delivery charges depend on the weight:

• < 1.00 kg: 24.90 Euro
• 1.00 kg - 2.49 kg: 29.90 Euro
• 2.50 kg - 3.00 kg: 34.90 Euro
• >3.00 kg: 43.90 Euro

Please note that express delivery does not include Saturday delivery or collection. Furthermore, delivery to a parcel locker or post office is not possible. An order via DHL Express must be received by us no later than 1:30 PM to ensure delivery on the next business day. 

Please note: Paid additional services (cash on delivery or express shipping) are not refunded in case of a return.

The delivery charges for delivery to Austria are 10.95 EUROS. We offer complimentary delivery for orders over 200 EUROS.
The delivery time is four to six working days.

For deliveries to countries of the European Union, we charge 15 Euro delivery charges. For orders over 200 Euro delivery is free of charge. Delivery time to the mentioned countries is four to six working days.

Countries of the European Union:

Our delivery charges to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom (England) are 20 Euro. For orders over 250 Euro, delivery is free of charge. Express delivery available on request only. Attention: The customer must bear additional costs, including unpaid VAT and customs fees, which are charged by the respective shipping company. Delivery time to the mentioned countries is four to five working days (additional time due to customs processing).
