AND HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Below we describe one way you can return your goods to us. However, this description of the return process is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal:
- Click on this link and use the return portal. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Alternatively, you can also write to us at support@hallerstede.de or call us at +49 (0441) 219751919.
- Please send returned items in a box with sufficient padding material. This prevents damage during transport and allows the return packaging to be reused sustainably. Feel free to use the original box if it is still in good condition.

We want to know what we can improve. Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide a reason for the return on the return slip or in the cancellation form. There is no wrong answer, and we appreciate all feedback.
