Have you reconsidered the purchase, are you dissatisfied with the delivered goods, or is the item defective and you want to return the item?

AND THIS IS HOW IT'S DONE
Below we describe a way for you to return your goods to us. However, the description of the procedure for returning goods does not constitute a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal:

  • Click on this link and use the returns portal. You will need your order number and the email address you used to order. Alternatively, you can also write to us at support@hallerstede.de or call us at +49 (0441) 219751919. 
  • We ask you to send returned items in a box with sufficient padding material. This way you avoid damage that can occur during transport and the return packaging can be sustainably reused. Feel free to use the old box if it is still in good condition.
  • We want to know what we can do better. Therefore, we ask you to provide a reason for the return on the return slip or in the cancellation form. There is no wrong answer and we appreciate all feedback.
