Right of withdrawal for consumers

Definition of consumer:

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

Inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. For orders under €80, return shipping costs apply. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

EXCLUSIONS OR GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines except for subscription contracts.

The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts

for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
for the delivery of goods which are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
