GERMANY

Within the Federal Republic of Germany, we deliver free of charge from a merchandise value of 80 euros via DHL Paket or DHL Warenpost. Below that shipping costs of 4.90euros apply.

The delivery time with DHL within Germany is expected to be two to four business days. Due to strikes or a high volume of parcels, there may be slight delays with DHL. We ask for your understanding. 

For a DHL Express delivery, the shipping costs depend on the weight and are calculated in advance at checkout.

Please note that express delivery does not include Saturday delivery or pickup. Furthermore, delivery to a Packstation or post office branch is not possible. An order via DHL Express must be received by us by 1:30 pm at the latest to ensure delivery on the next working day. 

To economically offer items with a value under 80 euros, we charge shipping costs of 4.90 euros for returns here. You can also cover the return shipping at your own expense. However, this usually results in higher costs. 

Please note: Chargeable additional services (cash on delivery or express shipping) are not refunded in case of a return.

Austria

Theshipping costsfor delivery to Austria are10.95 EUROS. We offer afree shipping deliveryfrom agoods value of 200 EUROS.
The delivery time is four to six working days.

To economically offer items with a value under 80 euros, we charge shipping costs of 10.95 euros for returns here. You can also cover the return shipping at your own expense. However, this usually results in higher costs.  

European Union

For deliveries to countries in the European Union, we charge15 eurosshipping costs.From a valueof 200 eurosdelivery isfree of charge. The delivery time to the mentioned countries is four to six working days.

To economically offer items with a value under 80 euros, we charge shipping costs of 15 euros for returns here. You can also cover the return shipping at your own expense. However, this usually results in higher costs. 

Countries of the European Union:

SWITZERLAND / NORWAY / UNITED KINGDOM (ENGLAND)

Our shipping costs to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom (England) are 20 euros. For goods valued at 250 euros or more, delivery is free of charge. Express delivery only on request. Attention: The customer must bear additional costs, including unpaid VAT and customs fees, which are charged by the respective shipping company. The delivery time to the mentioned countries is four to five working days (additional time due to customs processing).
