Since 2003, School-Mood has been developing sustainable premium school backpacks with high wearing comfort for Kids aged 6 to 12 years. Founder Fredy Zwenger focused on ergonomics, visibility, and quality to noticeably ease the school day. Ergonomic backpacks that grow with you!

SCHOOL-MOOD School Backpacks have placed great emphasis on ergonomics since the beginning of their success story and have carried the official IGR quality seal "Ergonomic Product" since 2018. The chest strap serves to further relieve the back from the already heavy backpack. The innovative pelvic belt technology and the breathable back padding additionally relieve the kids' back. By combining the chest and pelvic belts, the high weight is shifted from the shoulders to the pelvis, optimally relieving the kids' back.

Growth spurt? This backpack always adapts! The size can be individually adjusted over many school years via the shoulder straps: the backpack grows with you! They are continuously adjustable in length and adapt to every growth phase of a child. The adjustments are very easy to make without hidden eyelets or unnecessary adjustment screws.

SCHOOL-MOOD stands for quality

Large reflective surfaces on the satchel ensure more safety on often hectic school routes. Children are much easier to recognize, especially at dusk and in the dark.

SCHOOL-MOOD sets high standards for durable products. Buckles, seams, zips, and materials are carefully selected and tested for durability. Each model also undergoes strict quality control. Durability, waterproofness, and everyday suitability are just some of the many checks. Every model from S-M is dirt- and water-repellent.

Individual Design

With the great Patchys, available in over 25 different versions, every backpack and sports bag can be designed according to taste. New favorite themes or current trendy motifs allow you to express your own personality and creativity. There are no limits to design.

Additionally, there are blank Patchys that can be individually designed as you like. Simply print your own picture at home, cut it out, and insert it. Easy for kids!

Sustainable School Backpacks

The company places great importance on climate-neutral production and careful use of natural resources. The models "Timeless Air" and "Loop Air" are produced 100 percent climate-neutral. SCHOOL-MOOD works here, among others, with the organisation ClimatePartner. In close cooperation, companies calculate, reduce, and sustainably improve their CO² balance.

The production completely avoids PVC, PFC (Air models), heavy metals, plasticizers, and synthetic dyes. In addition, textiles made from recycled Polyethylene terephthalate bottles are used. The included coloured and graphite pencils are wood-free and made from materials with a high recycling content. SCHOOL-MOOD pencils are without exception SCS-certified.

Not only manufacturing and production, but also the papers and cardboard used are made from FSC recycled material. The social benefits of companies in the supply chain are sustainably improved with the help of the environmental association amfori BSCI.

Series

Timeless is the backpack that sets standards. With its 1.1 kg and 24 liters, the 6-piece set is the classic.

The Timeless Air impresses with its light 970g and 23 liters volume. The satchel consists of a 7-piece set and is produced climate-neutrally.

The lightweight champion is the Loop Air, the chill backpack for elementary school. It has a volume of 22 liters and a weight of 850g. The backpack is also sustainably produced.
