Delivery & Shipping

Within the Federal Republic of Germany, we deliver free of shipping costs from an order value of 80 Euro via DHL Paket or DHL Warenpost. Below that shipping costs of 4.90 Euro apply. You can also have your package delivered to a Packstation. You can select this during the ordering process.
The delivery time with DHL within Germany is expected to be two to four working days. Due to strikes or a high volume of packages, there may be slight delays with DHL. We ask for your understanding. 

For a DHL Express delivery the delivery costs depend on the weight:

• < 1.00 kg: 24.90 Euro
• 1.00 kg - 2.49 kg: 29.90 Euro
• 2.50 kg - 3.00 kg: 34.90 Euro
• >3.00 kg: 43.90 Euro

Please note that with express delivery, there is no Saturday delivery or pickup. Furthermore, delivery to a Packstation or post office branch is not possible. An order via DHL Express must be received by us no later than 1:30 PM to ensure delivery on the next working day. 

Please note: Chargeable additional services (cash on delivery or express shipping) are not refunded in case of a return.

The shipping costs for delivery to Austria are 10.95 EURO. We offer free shipping from an order value of 200 EURO.
The delivery time is four to six working days.

For deliveries to countries of the European Union, we charge 15 Euro shipping costs. From an order value of 200 Euro delivery is free of charge. The delivery time to the mentioned states is four to six working days.

Countries of the European Union:

Our shipping costs to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom (England) are 20 Euro. For an order value of 250 Euro or more, delivery is free of charge. Express delivery only on request. Attention: The customer must bear additional costs, which include the previously unpaid VAT and customs fees charged by the respective shipping company. The delivery time to the mentioned countries is four to five working days (additional time due to customs processing).
